Bourbon County Smoke- & Vape-Free Ordinance

On August 27, 2026, the Bourbon County Fiscal Court passed an ordinance prohibiting smoking, including e-cigarette use, in enclosed indoor public places and workplaces throughout Bourbon County.

The ordinance applies to places such as restaurants, bars, retail businesses, offices, and other workplaces.
