Bourbon County Family Planning Schedule
Services by appointment only
Every 1st, 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month
*** All Family Planning Services are confidential. Parental consent is encouraged but not required. ***
The Bourbon County Health Department is now providing routine gynecological and reproductive healthcare services at the Bourbon County Health Department. Appointments to see the Nurse Practitioner (APRN) are available every second and fourth Thursday of the month by appointment. To schedule a visit please call (859) 987-1915.

- OB-GYN Primary Wellness
- Well Women Cancer Screenings
- Contraception & Family Planning
- Physical Examination and Lab Tests
- Pregnancy Confirmations
- Male STI Tests and Treatment
What payment options are available?
Pay sources accepted include Medicaid and Commercial Anthem. Financial assistance is available to those receiving cancer screening services and have no health insurance including Medicaid and Medicare Part B.
