Warning:  Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition Voluntarily Recalls Select Batches of Nutramigen Hypoallergenic Infant Formula Powder

This recall was due to a possibility of contamination with Cronobacter sakazakii in product sampled outside the U.S. and involves 12.6 and 19.8 oz cans of  Nutramigen Powder, a specialty infant formula for the dietary management of Cows Milk Allergy (CMA). Kentucky Youth Advocates is asking current and former WIC participants, community organizations, and Kentuckians from all 120 counties to participate in the landscape assessment by completing this survey (Spanish version) and sharing this opportunity with others. Participation in this survey is open to all Kentuckians and completely anonymousThe purpose of this survey is to determine what Kentuckians do and do not know about WIC and gather feedback from Kentucky WIC participants on their experience in the program.
